Rutter uses webhooks to notify you of important events, such as a new Connection being created, or an update to a merchant's order.
By default, Rutter sends every single type of Webhook available to the endpoint you have configured to accept webhooks. However, if you'd like to filter and listen for specific types of webhooks only, like only connection-lifecycle related ones, please contact [email protected] and we will be able to serve you.
If a webhook fails, Rutter will continue to attempt the webhook with an exponential backoff delay for a duration of approximately 3 days.
More webhooks are coming soon! Please reach out to use at [email protected] for more information and early access.
